How many vendors will
there be?
There were 53 in 2007. We'll have at least that many again
this year.
How many visitors do you
expect?
Last year 5-600 people came
through the Fair. (Even though it was the first sunny
Saturday we'd had in months, and most people were outside
playing in the sun!) We expect higher numbers this year as 200
women will be in Whistler for the Every Woman in the World
Conference, and the Fair is on the first weekend of the
Whistler Wellness Week.
What kind of advertising will there be?
The Fair will be co-marketed through our
partner Whistler Wellness Week and their partners Tourism
Whistler, Global BC, The Vancouver Sun, The Province, and
lululemon.

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. All cheques should be made out to

Can I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt will be sent by email as
soon as your payment has cleared.
If I have to cancel can
I get a refund?
ONCE SPACE HAS BEEN BOOKED ANY CANCELLATION
MUST BE IN WRITING. IF SPACE IS CANCELLED
BEFORE MAY 1st, 2008,
REFUND LESS $50.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE GRANTED.
AFTER MAY 1,
2008 NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.
Do I get a booth or a table?
Only tables are available but many people
bring their own background display.
How big are the tables?
Tables
are approx. 60” X 30” and will be covered with a white linen
tablecloth.
Skirting is available for
an extra charge. (See Payment)
Do I need insurance?
Yes, the Conference Centre requires that all vendors have
valid
trade show insurance. If you do
not have your own coverage, you can purchase one-day
coverage with your table registration.

Can I get exclusivity
for my product line?
Exclusivity is available on all tables to
the first vendor who clearly requests it for their product
line and has met all other requirements (i.e. payment has
cleared and insurance has been verified.)

What accommodations are available?
There are many special rates available in the hotels at this
time of year. You might also want
to consider owner-direct rentals through
ResortAc.com.
*If you're looking for a quiet place,
you might avoid booking anything in the heart of the village
as it is very noisy when the clubs close. (Ask them where
they are located.)

When will we be able to set up?
- SATURDAY EVENING May 31, between 7- 8 PM.
Please Note:
*Access is only
available through the loading bay (see below). Please do
not use the front doors as another event will be
in the foyer at that time. You are advised against leaving valuables at your table
overnight as there will be minimum security in the Conference Centre.
- SUNDAY MORNING June 1st from 8
AM.
Where is the loading bay to the
Conference Centre?
On the north side (Pemberton side) of the Conference
Centre. (Adjacent to the pay parking.)
Where can I park?

- There is free parking available under the Conference
Centre for 3 hours only.
- Meter parking is available in the lot
adjacent to the north side (Pemberton side) of the
Conference Centre for $2/hour with a 2-hour limit.
- Free parking is available a 5-minute
walk from the Conference Centre in the Day Skier Lots at the
end of Village Gate Boulevard.
